This is an exciting new role from our Financial Services client for a Design SME / Business Architect to work on the 'to-be' design on their new HR Operating Model.
This is a key change with impacts across the business.
We are looking to speak with individuals with experience of
* Operating Model Design, specifically within HR and central functions
* Experience shaping target outcomes
* Background in Business Architecture, Business Design or Operating Model Design
* Experience working with role / job design would be beneficial
Some of the above experience should have been gained within a large corporate environment, ideally Financial Services.
