Consequently, there is now an opportunity for an experienced, well-motivated Senior Cyber Security Engineer to join the team and take a leading role in the ongoing development and operation of the team, including mentoring and bringing on less experienced staff.

The Cyber Security Engineers are responsible for the research, design, analysis, implementation and support of security technologies both internally and externally
Typical daily tasks will include:
* Providing leadership and mentoring the more junior members of the team.
* Guide the engineering design, analysis, implementation and support of security technologies, ensuring that evaluation, selection, installation and configurations processes of new solutions are met for internal and external customers.
* Be proactive in suggesting recommendations to improve network, system and application architectures.
Candidates should have:
* Experience of Automation in a SIEM or RRM solution
* Microsoft Sentinel, MS Server 2008R2 to current and MS Applications 2008R2
* AWS/ Linux
* Experience of scripting languages such as Python/ Powershell
* Azure DevOps monitoring
* Experience with Azure Security Solutions, MCAS, AADIP, Defender for endpoint, DNS
* A genuine passion for security and a thirst for knowledge.
