Our client is currently recruiting a Customer Experience / User Research Manager for initial 6 month contract role supporting 2 major projects impacting the way customer use their services.

Candidates will have proven experience delivering large scale project specific research programmes defining requirements and managing to-time and budget.

You are required to;
*Design, build and deliver a comprehensive research programme
*Utilise User Experience methodologies for project specific customer research
*Analyse and report results via reports, presentations and dashboards
*Demonstrable experience of delivering UX projects and effectively communicating and influencing design
