Our client, a large financial services organisation based in Halifax, is looking for a Customer MI Analyst to work on a Customer Mortgage Programme for an initial 6 month contract. The role must be engaged via umbrella company and the rate is up-to £455 per day to umbrella. Please note this is a hybrid role and there is a requirement to be on-site in the Halifax office 2 days a week.

The successful candidate will support the development of Mortgage Customer Vulnerable data to support monitoring and management on Mortgages, including the delivery of the Mortgages Vulnerable strategy, delivering ongoing improvements and maintaining an effective feedback loop.

You will have:
*Experience of working with Vulnerable Customer data, particularly surrounding mortgages or other banking products
*Strong MI/Data Analysis background, ideally from financial services, and the ability to interrogate data and identify trends
*Good organisational and planning abilities
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
