About the Opportunity
This role sits within our award-winning Contractor Support team which is part of our Head Contractor Solutions (HCS) division. The purpose of the role is to provide a first-class service to colleagues, candidates and client around pre - and post- placement contractor compliance and support.
Given the nature of our work and the personal data entrusted to us, the need for confidentiality in this role is paramount.
Summary of Key Accountabilities
Pre-employment screening (PES) compliance – conducting PES checks and all contractor related actions to ensure client vetting is complete to the required standards and contractors can start on the agreed date as required by each client.
Understand all vetting requirements for each client - ensuring up to date PES checklists and processes are followed for all new starts
Contract preparation – ensuring appropriate contract for the contractor is signed and returned prior to work commencing and liaise, when necessary with umbrella companies
Contract extensions and early terminations - assist in the preparation, sending, and receiving of all relevant documentation
Office Support - to provide secondary support to the Office Administrator for reception.
Knowledge and skills required
· Methodical and organised approach to workload, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work efficiently
· Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
· Previous customer service or compliance/quality experience is desirable
· Proven track record of using initiative to overcome challenges and proactively find solutions
· Advanced MS Office use
