Our global, professional services client requires an experienced Continuous Improvement Analyst to work as part of an existing, successful team to bolster a number of initiatives. With a clear track record of deploying Continuous Improvement tools and methods, the successful candidate will be someone who can contribute to new projects, BAU best practice and strategic operational efficiency initiatives.
The following experience is required:
- Lean Six Sigma certifications and evidence of practical application
- Able to demonstrate a solid grasp of Continuous Improvement best practice tools and techniques
- Process analysis, process engineering
- Business Change analysis or management experience
- Experience of contributing to BAU or Project based initiatives
- Outstanding communication skills including the ability to engage stakeholder groups, facilitate effective workshops, analyse multi-layer problems
You should demonstrate an dynamic, adaptable communication style and enjoy engaging with people to foster effective collaboration. Our client hopes to find a candidate who is very results orientated and able to draw on previous experience to explore and assess suitable solutions.
