Our client, a large financial services organisation based in Halifax, is seeking a Business Analyst with experience of customer communications projects for a 6 month initial contract. The role must be engaged via umbrella company and the rate is up-to £455 per day to umbrella. The role is hybrid working in Halifax office 2 days a week, this is essential.
The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for critical customer communications. This is a great opportunity which will give you the ability to review controls in place and help influence change in the customer communication experience. You will work on identifying remaining customer comms and reviewing existing comms, supporting the existing end to end customer comms journey and understand and document the system processes involved for producing alternative format documents
Key skills & experience required:
*Proven experience of working in a similar role, managing controls surrounding customer communications, ideally within financial services
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and summarise data effectively
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
*Must have an inquisitive mindset with the ability to identify and rectify problem areas
*A strong customer and delivery focus
