Our Edinburgh based Financial Services Client has just re-released 4 x new Change Manager Contracts to us. A leading name in the Life & Pensions/Investments sector, the roles will be joining busy Platforms Programme(s), working across a number of Business/Operational changes.

Remotely based for the foreseeable (Contracts will be Edinburgh based once safe to return to the office), initial Contracts will be for 6 months & rate-card will pay £425 per day (via an Umbrella Company).

To be successful in these Contracts, our Client is looking for candidates with the following knowledge & experience;

* Hands-on experience in another dedicated "Change Manager" role with deep & proven knowledge in Operational Change, Operational Processes, ensuring Business Readiness, defining/delivering Training requirements & all business Communications etc
* Previous Change Management experience in the Life & Pensions sector with demonstrable knowledge of Operations, the Products Offered and Platforms used etc (WRAP etc)
* Excellent communication & Stakeholder Management skills - successful candidates must be able to work with end-users but also management Senior Stakeholder expectations
* A strong work ethic & positive, can-do attitude
