Our Consultancy Client is currently looking to recruit a Change Manager to join them on an implementation project, supporting change adoption and the rollout of a process template across global sites.
⭐3-6 month contract
⭐Outside IR35, circa £400/day
⭐Hybrid working - mostly remote with requirement for onsite work at Manchester office inline with project requirements.
We would be keen to hear from candidates with the following skills and experience:
Change Management experience or Change Analysis experience with a desire to move into a more delivery focused role.
Experience of workplace or workforce change projects
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships
Experience of international projects and delivering change across multiple cultures would be desirable.
A consultancy background would also be highly beneficial.
