The successful candidate will be supporting the client as they embark on a new way of working, gathering and understanding business requirements and translating them into a learning strategy plan to address those needs. You will work on a range of initiatives and alongside stakeholders from across the business.
You will have:
*Proven experience of working as a Capability Manager/Lead, ideally within financial services
*A strong business and learning background from a complex corporate environment
*Experience of driving learning approach in line with business and customer needs
*An understanding of Change and Change programmes
*Experience of working in an Agile environment
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
