A NEW Contract Business Data Analyst requirement has just been released by our Edinburgh based Financial Services Client - a well known name in the Pensions Sector. Joining a busy Customer Remediation / Customer Rectification Programme, our Client is seeking an experienced Contract Business Data Analyst with the following knowledge & experience;
* Strong & proven Business Data Analysis skills & experience with previous experience on large Data focussed Projects of work in the Pensions Sector
* Strong knowledge & experience querying/manipulating large Data sets, reconciling data, managing multiple layers of Customer Data and merging Data Sets etc
* Proficiency with MS Excel
* Detailed & demonstrable understanding of Customer Rectifications/Customer Remediation Projects (over-charging, under-charging, mis-selling etc etc).
* Excellent People, Communication & Stakeholder Management skills
* Excellent problem solving skills, a strong work ethic and positive/can-do attitude
