I have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Change Project Manager to join a leading organisation in their field, headquartered in Edinburgh where you will be responsible for coordination and management of project resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and scope. This includes all aspects of project activity including planning and milestones, managing the project team, managing budget, monitoring, and reporting progress and managing relationships with stakeholders.

Key accountabilities:

*Deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget.
*Assist with the definition of the project scope and key deliverables by liaising closely with the project sponsor and all key stakeholders.
*Establish and conform to Project Governance including Steering Group and Project Board.
*Establish and maintain relationships of trust with senior stakeholders in the business.
*Liaise with third party suppliers, establish relationships and co-ordinate activity.
*Work closely with and manage the activities of the project team.
*Plan the project timeline and milestones using appropriate tools to manage the detail and communicate the key deadlines.
*Manage Budget including tracking with appropriate tools, reporting consumption, and flagging deviation.
*Monitor and report project progress and status using appropriate styles, channels, and frequency for different audiences.
*Manage Risks and Issues and escalate appropriately.


Key skills and experience required:

*Proven working experience in project management and a track record of successful delivery.
*Experience of full project lifecycle from concept to completion.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Ability to lead with experience in people management and supervision.
*Resource management skills, able to provide coaching and performance management.
*Excellent planning skills and experience using a variety of tools.
*Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
*Experience in developing and tracking budgets.
*Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification.
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
