Our client is urgently recruiting a Business Change Lead/Manager to take a key leadership role supporting the implementation of their new digital platform. Based in West Scotland candidates will have proven experience on projects which focus on the people side of change including changes to processes, systems, IT and organisation structures.

Key skills and responsibilities will include;
Work within the business to support the journey of change.
*Ensure business readiness to support the introduction of their digital platform.
*Experienced with structured change management methodologies and plans.
*Experienced leading people change aspects end-to-end.
*Planning and driving delivery of process development work, training design, delivery and execution are key and urgent tasks. Colleague communications and engagement, delivery of a super-user network, problem solving, cutover planning and User Acceptance Testing must feature strongly.

This role is for a Business Change Lead/Manager, not a Project Manager. Although some delivery skills are required, the ability to persuade and influence colleagues to deliver to schedule/make decisions rapidly will be important.

Candidate needs to be aware of change/transition psychology as there is a strong hearts and minds element to this work.
