Key skills and responsibilities will include;
Work within the business to support the journey of change.
*Ensure business readiness to support the introduction of their digital platform.
*Experienced with structured change management methodologies and plans.
*Experienced leading people change aspects end-to-end.
*Planning and driving delivery of process development work, training design, delivery and execution are key and urgent tasks. Colleague communications and engagement, delivery of a super-user network, problem solving, cutover planning and User Acceptance Testing must feature strongly.
This role is for a Business Change Lead/Manager, not a Project Manager. Although some delivery skills are required, the ability to persuade and influence colleagues to deliver to schedule/make decisions rapidly will be important.
Candidate needs to be aware of change/transition psychology as there is a strong hearts and minds element to this work.
