A high calibre Business Analyst / Customer Journey Manager Contractor is currently required by one of our well known Financial Services clients.
Initial 6 month Contracts based in Bristol 2 days per week, the Contract will sit within their Commercial Banking & Payments area and the following knowledge & experience is required;
1) High calibre Business analysis and customer journey skills, with a proven track record delivering change and transformation projects in the Financial Services sector
2) Good foundational knowledge of corporate commercial transactional banking and/or payments.
3) Operational & business readiness skills, with experience in mapping processes and customer journeys ensuring the delivery of high quality, innovative and customer-centric solutions
4) Understanding digital, UX & UI practices, with experience in the use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figjam and Visio
5) Excellent people, communication & inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation
