An Edinburgh based Financial Services Client of our ours has just released a new Business Analysis Contract to us. A busy & active Life & Pensions organisation, the successful candidate will be joining a existing Customer Rectifications Programme. Initial Contracts will be for 6 months, remotely based for the foreseeable and rate-card will pay up to £400 per day (via an Umbrella Company).
With a fairly pragmatic and straightforward approach to Recruitment, the Hiring Contact in our Client is looking for candidates with the following experience;
1) Proven Business Analysis knowledge & experience with excellent problem solving skills in addition to all aspects of requirements gathering, new business processes & all associated documentation etc - A MUST
2) Detailed experience within the Life / Pensions sector - a strong understanding of Pensions Operations, Pension Products offered and Customer Service etc - A MUST
3) Excellent people, communication and inter-personal with the ability to work with Stakeholders across the full organisation - A MUST
4) Any previous Customer Rectifications / Customer Remediation / Customer Redress experience from within the Life / Pensions sector - HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS
