The Contracts will be for an initial period of 6 months and rate-card will pay up to £400 per day (via an Umbrella Company). To be successful in this requirement, backgrounds & skill-sets should include;
* Strong & proven Business / Process Analysis skills & experience - Business Requirements, Process Mapping and all associated Documentation etc
* An in-depth & detailed understanding of the Life & Pensions Sector
* Detailed & demonstrable understanding of Customer Rectifications / Customer Remediation Projects (over-charging, under-charging, mis-selling etc etc)
* Excellent People, Communication & Stakeholder Management skills
* Excellent problem solving skills, a strong work ethic and positive/can-do attitude
