Remotely based for the foreseeable future (Edinburgh if a return to the office is communicated), initial Contracts will be for 6 months and rate-card will pay up to £425 per day (via an Umbrella Company).
Joining a busy Customer focussed Programme (Remediation/Rectification of historical customer policy issues), we're seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience;
* Detailed Business Analysis skill-sets & backgrounds. Strong problem solving skills with detailed knowledge in gathering business requirements, processes mapping, data analysis, gap analysis and root cause analysis etc (RCA)
* A strong Financial Services background & Client List with particular focus on the Pensions Industry - understanding the typical products & policies sold
* Previous experience on large & complex Customer Rectifications / Customer Remediation / Customer Redress projects
* Excellent people, communication & Stakeholder Management skills
