Location: Remote for first 6 months, must be willing to travel to Edinburgh once a week if contract extended
Rate: £375 - £400 daily (inside IR35)
I am looking for an Application Developer to join an internal team managing both custom in-house built software applications and the implementation (and life-cycling) of best of breed third-party applications. These applications support business-critical functions such as order management, trading, trade counterparty management, post trade analytics and MI etc. The core in-house developed applications have a C# .Net WinForms front-end with an Oracle database back-end. Web technologies have been used to develop some of our newer applications.
Key Knowledge needed:
*Full application development lifecycle
*Agile Methodologies
*C# / .NET / WinForms
*Oracle PL/SQL
*Experience of using Source Control (e.g. TFS, Git etc.)
