A busy Edinburgh-based Financial Services Client has just released another Agile Delivery Manager/Lead Contract to us. A well-known name in the Scottish Financial Services market - a large & established Pensions Organisation going through lots of change - the successful candidate will be joining an existing Portfolio of work and our Client seeks a collaborative Agile Delivery Manager who can help drive & coach talented teams, removing blockers and creating a good environment for Agile teams to deliver.
Our Client seeks the following knowledge & experience;
* Detailed experience as an Agile Delivery Manager with demonstrable knowledge in a similar role within another Financial Services Organisation
* Proven experience leading Agile Project Delivery Teams
* A collaborative style with excellent experience in coaching Agile Techniques, new ways of working & being a real Agile advocate
* Experience in establishing new Agile environments/cultures where teams can design, build and iterate a user-centred service
* First class leadership & communication skills. Proven experience working with multi-disciplined teams and the ability to speak to both Technical & Non-Technical Teams too
* Strong Stakeholder Management skills are a must in all roles with this Client. The successful candidate must be able to effectively manage all expectations
