*Application support experience with O365 suite of products
*Strong knowledge of LAN administration
*Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience
*Technical skills in MS server technologies
*3rd line skills in LAN, WAN, Firewalls, VPNs
*Windows server, exchange server, remote desktop services, MS Office
