A busy & growing Glasgow based Digital & Technology Transformation Client is urgently seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.
Currently going through a busy period with their team stretched, they seek an experienced Contractor to join the team & hit the ground running in a busy service desk team.
Working from their Glasgow City Centre Office in a hybrid-way (typically working 3office/2home), initial contracts will be for 6 months and to be successful, our Client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience:
- Strong & proven 2nd Line Support Analyst experience with excellent problem-solving skills
- Broad technical knowledge in Microsoft based environments with some additional knowledge & experience around Networks
- Previous experience working in an MSP, supporting several clients/customers, would be highly advantageous but not essential
- Strong & proven experience in taking ownership of, and resolving incidents and service requests across all levels of the business
- Excellent people, communication & Customer Service skills will be essential as always
