Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer for an initial 3 month contract role based in Glasgow. Working as part of the Technology Team you will have experience of Windows 10 environments as you will be required to support devices through SCCM, installation of applications as well as supporting the wider helpdesk/support team.
Key responsibilities and experience will include:
* 1st and 2nd line support and collaboration with vendors for 3rd line issues
* Provide on call support when required and deliver handover for smart devices and end users
* Support, maintain and enhance performance of all new existing end point hardware, software and apps
* SCCM
* Security & Application Patching
* Windows Server
