2 x new Service Delivery Manager Contracts have just been released by a large Financial Services Client of ours. A well known name in the Pensions Sector, the roles will align to their Application Centres and initial Contracts will be for 6-12 months (1 contract for 6 months initially and the other for 12 months). Rate-card will pay between £450-£500 per day (via Umbrella) and the Contracts will be remotely based (with some time required in Edinburgh over the duration of the Contract).
To be successful in the Contract, our Client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience;
* Previous experience working as a Service Delivery Manager, shaping/leading/managing the implementation & delivery of relevant core applications utilised by the Business
* Owning and managing all End User Applications which support productivity and tracking within department
* Maintaining appropriate control environment for all work, ensuring COBIT & the Change Management practices are fully adopted
* Working closely with key partners and suppliers to ensure they're engaged in the delivery of services
* A background in Financial Services - working in a similar capacity within other large & established Financial Services Clients
* Excellent people, communication & Stakeholder Management skills will be essential as always
