Edinburgh / hybrid working - expectation to be on-site some of the time

Up to £300 p/day (via Umbrella)
Our Edinburgh based Financial Services Client continues to seek a number of Change Management Contractors. Supporting a range of Operational Change and Business Readiness initiatives, initial Contracts will be for 6 months and working in a Hybrid-way (with circa 2 days per week in the office).
To be successful in this Contract, our Client is looking for candidates with the following knowledge & experience;
* Strong knowledge & experience in managing Business Change tasks
* Demonstrable knowledge & experience across operational/business readiness activity covering things like people change, coordinating training, internal communications, process map updates, testing and go-live/post implementation support etc
* Previous experience of working in or delivering change to operational teams
* Excellent People and Communication with excellent Stakeholder Engagement/Stakeholder Management skills
* Strong knowledge of the Pension sector would be highly desirable but not essential
