Our client, a well-known charity, is looking for an experienced individual to join their existing support team to deliver 1st line help desk support remotely from home.
The role will be predominantly remote but you will be required to work occasional days on site in Edinburgh, therefore candidates should live wihtin a commutable distance of the centre of Edinburgh.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following skills:
* Previous service desk / help desk experience
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Current Microsoft Suite (including o365, Windows 10, OneDrive, Mail in the cloud etc.)
SharePoint or Dynamics exposure would be highly beneficial.
The role will need to be engaged via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company.
