1st Line Support Helpdesk Analyst required for a 3 month contract with our Edinburgh based client.
Our client, a well-known charity, is looking for an experienced individual to join their existing support team.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following skills:
* Previous service desk / help desk experience
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Current Microsoft Suite (including o365, Windows 10, OneDrive, Mail in the cloud etc.)
SharePoint or Dynamics exposure would be highly beneficial.
The role will be remote initially, potentially requiring occasional work onsite in Edinburgh.
