Site Reliability Engineer - Linux / Kubernetes - Junior to Senior Level

Site Reliability Engineer required to join a company who specialise in cutting edge AI technology based in Manchester. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for combining both software and systems engineering to build and run large-scale, massively distributed systems.

There is numerous roles available from Junior through to Senior and open to anyone who has suitable experience in Linux & Kubernetes. For the senior roles, it would be good to have experience with the majority of the following:

Mandatory Skills:
*Linux (strong experience mandatory)
*Coding (no language preferred)
*Networking (above basic level experience at a minimum, prior Cloud networking experience a plus)
*Monitoring & alerting experience
*Experience solving problems
*Security fundamentals
*Willingness to learn and improve

Very Good to have skills:
*AWS experience
*Kubernetes experience
*Terraform experience

Good to have
*ELK stack Experience
*Ansible Experience
*Prometheus/Grafana experience
*Software Engineering experience
*CI/CD experience
*Prior Agile experience
*Azure Experience
*Other Cloud Provider prior experience (GCP, Oracle, IBM)

Salary

The salary for this position is negotiable up to around £100,000 per annum at the top-end for senior candidates. And circa £85,000 per annum for any mid-level SRE's. ~£40,000 per annum for juniors.
