About this job.
You will be involved in the provision of predictive insights to the organisations Leadership teams to drive strategic decision making. In addition you will be required to provide relevant management information to senior People Leaders, supporting them to deliver against their accountabilities.
You will have responsibility for the following:
*The delivery of all HR systems and associated initiatives
*Capturing business requirements, design and build of appropriate systems solutions aligned with business objectives
*Maintaining and upgrading HR systems, databases and interfaces ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
*Ensuring HR data is extracted from the appropriate systems and information is presented in an optimal format with relevant commentary and timely insight
You must be able to demonstrate the following skills/experience:
*Experience working within a data and systems environment such as SAP, Lotus,SharePoint or other HR Applications.
*Confidence in your own abilities and the emotional maturity to lead through challenging conversations
*Highly numerate with well-developed analysis skills and a logical approach to problem solving
*Confidence working within a regulatory and compliance framework
*Excellent communication skills, including presenting - both written & verbal - skills
