About this job.
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the support, enhancement and continuous improvement of the ServiceCloud CRM solution in conjunction with the SalesForce Development team and key business users.
The successful candidate will be tasked with and be able to:
*Run regular reporting and ensure that work flows are running correctly
*Work closely with and support the CRM Development team
*Provide support to Salesforce users Assist in the development of Salesforce roles and profiles.
*Assist/enable the Data Administrator in the accurate entry and modification of Salesforce data as required
*Implement process change alongside technical changes through configuration and customisation.
*Participate in design, development, testing and deployment activities, gathering business requirements.
*Create and maintain documentation
*Develop an understanding of business processes
*Support and work closely with the SalesForce Developer and business users
