*deliver your personal targets through the building and maintaining of good relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues and the sourcing of quality candidates
*continuously develop your knowledge of the IT, Digital and Business Change marketplace

1. Key accountabilities:

Deliver agreed targets

*Within agreed service levels, achieve targets by using good resourcing skills to deliver suitable candidates within agreed time-lines to client requirements
*Build up knowledge of existing clients & processes
*Ensure database is updated with daily activities and captures all relevant information so that knowledge-sharing happens with ease and customers (clients & candidates) receive excellent customer service
*Support senior team members with the writing & uploading of job adverts, ensuring new jobs are posted to relevant online job boards / social networking sites; assist with response from adverts and formatting of CVs to send to clients
*Proactively seek guidance and coaching from more senior colleagues to help with learning and development
*Be professional and an ambassador of Head Resourcing at all times

Relationship Management
*Proactively deliver first class service to candidates and clients in order to build lasting relationships
*Work with candidates to build rapport, qualifying their suitability, interest in and commitment to the opportunity
*Proactively collaborate with colleagues to optimise the opportunity for placement
*Participate in networking and client entertainment events to maximise opportunities to extend network and increase market knowledge
*Develop and maintain strong internal & external referral networks

Develop knowledge
*Improve knowledge of role types in the IT and Change industry and grow commercial skills to identify and develop sales leads for the team and wider business
*Share knowledge gained across the team
*Develop an in-depth knowledge of client recruitment processes and Head Resourcing internal processes
*Build knowledge of clients as well as the candidate marketplace


2. Key Skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to build effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders
*Strong customer service skills, with the ability to exceed customer expectations
*A tenacious, honest, ethical and consultative approach
*Successful track record within IT/Digital Recruitment sector would be desirable
*Confident using Social Media platforms including LinkedIn/Twitter and other online tools
