About the Opportunity
We have ambitious business plans for Senior Appointments and as such we are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to develop and deliver outstanding senior level recruitment services to clients.
Attracting first-rate talent, placing them on behalf of our clients for highly specialised positions and ensuring lasting and successful placements is fundamental to the role. Our aim is to exceed clients' expectations and add value to their business.

Key accountabilities include:
*Proactively support the strategic aims of the business by delivering your personal revenue commitments
*Identify, develop and win new commercial opportunities and search assignments, by utilising both our existing business network and your personal network
*Partner with clients to gain a clear view on the strategic objectives of their business in addition to providing a consultative approach when analysing, understanding and advising on role specifications and requirements
*Perform targeted and exploratory market mapping research
*Providing an excellent candidate experience through initial engagement, in-depth qualification interviewing and end to end representation out to market and through the hiring process
*Effectively managing the full recruitment life-cycle with your clients (offer negotiation through to facilitation of candidate starting)
*Writing commercial proposals, effectively presenting, negotiating and agreeing commercials
*Developing a strong personal brand internally and externally
*Proactively act as a role model in behaviours and skills and willingness to share knowledge and good practice with colleagues
*Regular presence at industry events to maximise opportunities to extend network and increase market knowledge
Required Skills and Experience
*Demonstrable success in winning and delivering Senior/Executive search assignments
*Proven ability to analyse customer requirements, and to pull together viable complex commercial propositions
*Excellent commercial and presentation writing skills with the ability to present and justify to business leaders/influencers
*Ideally have an established network of contacts within the Technology sector and access to senior influencers and personal sponsors
*Strong personal brand and social media presence in relevant technology and business groups and networks
*Skilled in providing a consultative approach with a high degree of integrity
*Strong commercial approach and understanding, with an appetite for understanding future industry trends
*Enthusiasm, energy and well-developed time management and prioritisation skills
*The ability to work collaboratively within the Permanent team, the company and wider group
*Working knowledge and competency with technology and CRM systems, any knowledge of Bullhorn and Office 365 is preferred but not essential
