About the Opportunity

We are seeking a marketing specialist on an interim basis to cover maternity leave, to join the Management Team and work with key stakeholders to implement the marketing strategy for Head Resourcing.

Head is part of the Taranata Group which currently comprises five strong talent brands, with almost 150 staff delivering recruitment and professional services across the globe. Your expertise and support will therefore also be required for Group initiatives on an ad hoc basis.

The autonomous nature of the role is ideal for a commercially astute marketer who enjoys working independently and who wishes to stretch their creativity and technical capabilities to make a real impact on a growing business. We do operate on a 'OneTeam' principle here at Head Resourcing so support from your colleagues and the Directors will always be available.

The role reports directly to the Group Chief Client Officer with a 'dotted line' to the Managing Director of Head Resourcing.

Whilst the role is 5 days per week and based out of our Edinburgh Head Office, (with travel to our other offices), currently, we are all working remotely and with the flexibility to balance our commitments with our personal circumstances, whatever these may be.

1. Key Accountabilities:

*Designing and developing branded materials and brochures in line with brand guidelines and utilising the Adobe Suite, Canva or similar

*Provide expert and informed advice to members of the team on all aspects of internal and external communication
*Copy writing, designing, editing and proof reading documentation for internal and external distribution
*Manage online and offline channels (including social media, press/advertising etc.)
*Development of social media opportunities - experience managing social media channels and adapting tone of voice and message to suit

*Manage and coordinate company virtual events- including all aspects of promoting the event, invite design and distribution, Eventbrite page creation and providing guidance

Market Research
*Collate Market Research and client/industry news and distribute to relevant parties
*Survey clients/ candidates to obtain feedback on service offering
*Gather client and candidate testimonials to use on social media, website and company marketing collateral.

*Provide support - Advertising (campaign and job boards/CV databases) co-ordination with appropriate 3rd parties
*Work with delivery teams across locations to support business development activities

Admin and budget
*Control of Marketing Budget
*Creation and maintenance of Content Plan

External Stakeholders
*PR Companies and a Content/Marketing consultant

*Planning & Organising - sets clearly defined objectives. Plans activities in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances. Possesses strong attention to detail and consistency across all mediums. Manages time effectively, identifies and organises resources required to accomplish tasks and works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way

*Stakeholder Management - establishes and maintains good relationships internally and externally. Builds an effective network of external contacts and relates well to people at all levels of seniority internally and externally. Is able to promote the company in all situations

*Working knowledge of the full Adobe suite and experience managing content creation for social media.
