Responsibilities:
*Working in a team of 4 Web Publishers
*Carry out customer journey reviews to understand room for growth and improvement
*Improving site interaction
*Analysing data trends
*Managing the ongoing development of current products and supporting the creation of new ones
*Helping improve site sales by identifying online initiatives
Key Skills: If you have any of the following skills/Experience we would like to hear from you.
*Knowledge and experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as: Sitecore, Teamsite, Adobe, Umbraco or Magnolia.
*Strong evaluation skills.
*Great communication skills to collaborate with internal and external suppliers.
*Experience influencing suppliers and partners.
*An understanding of HTML or JavaScript at a basic level.
Based: Scotland, Edinburgh
Currently fully remote, with an expectation to move to a hybrid model in the office 1 or 2 days per week.
