An Edinburgh based Technology Consultancy Client is currently seeking an experienced Veritas Netbackup Engineer to join their team for a project of work at one of their Customers.

An initial 6 month Contract, the role will be remotely based (for the foreseeable) and rate-card will pay in the region of £400 per day (via an Umbrella Company).

To be considered for this Contract, our Client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience;

* Detailed knowledge & experience of the Storage & Backup landscapes
* Expertise with Veritas Netbackup - building new Netbackup solutions, understanding Netbackup in clustered environments and Netbackup Plug-ins etc
* Previous experience with another IT Consultancy Organisation or within large Financial Services clients
* Excellent people, communication & inter-personal skills with excellent Problem Solving abilities
* Comfortable working with a range of other technical teams and numerous Stakeholders
