2 x new UX User Researcher Contracts have just been released by my large & established Financial Services Client in Edinburgh.
Seeking passionate User Researchers who can make a positive impact by caring about customers & colleagues etc, the successful candidates will work with multidisciplinary teams to support & carry out User Research across the full Organisation, supporting a wide range of activity to achieve this.
Initial Contracts will be for 6 months+, rate-card will pay up to £450 per day (via an Umbrella Company) and the roles will be remotely based (although Client office is Edinburgh for any visits required).
To be successful in these Contracts, our Client seeks candidates with the following knowledge & experience:
1) A genuine passion for improving the User Experience & Customer Experience - fully understanding the Customer Journey and what "good" Experiences looks like
2) Detailed experience in UX User Research - understanding User Behaviour, User Research Methods, Analysing & Presenting User Research data and fully understanding the Service Design Process
3) Understanding Customer Diversity within User Research
4) User Research experience from within other Financial Services organisations - understanding the typical Services used and the typical customer journey
5) Agile aware - working with multi-disciplined Agile Teams
6) Excellent people, communication & inter-personal skills
