Technical Operations Engineer (£50,000)
Head Resourcing are excited to be working with a leading medical Saas provider who builds products that can directly impact saving lives. Due to their continued growth and development of new and existing clients, we are looking to recruit a Technical Operations Engineer to join this small but established engineering team within Edinburgh.
The ideal candidate will ideally come from an Azure DevOps background with strong database skills (SQL).
As Technical Operations Engineer, among other responsibilities, you will be involved in:
- Implementing, maintaining, and upgrading the Saas Platform on Azure hosted and on-premise infrastructure.
- Working closely with the Service team to provide technical support and knowledge.
- Working in a team using agile methodologies, modern DevOps processes and focus on continual improvement.
Required skills / experience:
- Experience as a Tech Ops Engineer for 2 or more years
- Experience working with Azure DevOps
- Solid SQL querying/database skills
Experience in the following technologies would be beneficial:
- Experience in automation Technologies (Powershell / Ansible / Bash etc)
- Experience in monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana
