I am currently looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to join a software solutions company in Glasgow. Working in a small team you will successfully manage software implementations either remotely or on-site with major clients around the world, taking a proactive approach and thinking on your feet to investigate and resolve client issues in order to exceed their expectations.
Key responsibilities include
*Managing multiple software implementations as directed
*Providing technical support to clients during the implementation phase
*Logging, investigating and resolving client issues
*Becoming a subject matter expert in our products
*Preparing accurate project/technical documentation
*Implementing and maintaining a clear project methodology and process throughout the business
*Providing training to clients' technical staff/end users
In order to be successful in the role candidates need to ideally have,
*Experience managing and delivering multiple software implementations at the same time.
*Experience with server and desktop operating systems and hardware as well as SQL Server capability
*Be a natural and proactive problem-solver with a drive to provide the best possible solutions for clients' issues
*Telephony knowledge (Advantageous)
