Working within the team you will be responsible for the efficiency of Clan processes, keeping continuous improvement momentum at the clan level and coaching squads across this clan.
Key Responsibilities include,
*Support the development of a strong squad culture focused on transparency, collaboration, and candour.
*Ensure that continuous improvement is baked into everything you do.
*Promote and support the Agile framework within the squad.
*Agile understanding and ability to manage a large, complex Agile program
*Responsible for administrative control for a selection of squads, and development of their competences.
To be successful in the role, candidates need
*A solid understanding of the Agile values and principles and can work at scale
*Experienced working as a Senior Scrum Master
*SME of the Scrum framework
*People Management of more than 10 people with strong agile coaching skills
*Knowledge of other Agile tools/frameworks (Kanban, XP etc.)
*Agile understanding and ability to manage a large complex agile program
