Duration: 6 months. (with the possibility of going permanent)
Location: London - Hybrid. 2 days/week in our Victoria office with occasional travel to Nottingham.
Start: ASAP

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design on a high-impact initiative that will shape the future of our clients subscription experience. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive both tactical improvements and longer-term strategic redesigns.
You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and a range of business stakeholders to create user-centric solutions that deliver real commercial value.

What you'll do

  • Lead discovery and user research to validate freemium models, pricing strategies, and monetisation opportunities with a user-first approach
  • Design end-to-end journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that clearly communicate the value of premium and subscription offerings
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to align design outputs with strategic objectives
  • Run workshops and co-creation sessions to generate ideas and evolve the experience
  • Create high-quality UI designs in Figma, from early concepts through to polished, high-fidelity outputs
  • Champion accessibility and usability, ensuring experiences meet best practice and compliance standards
  • Design seamless subscription journeys, including onboarding, cross-sell, upsell, and cancellation flows

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience designing digital products, ideally within e-commerce or subscription-based SaaS environments
  • Strong UX and UI capabilities, with the ability to take ideas from discovery through to delivery
  • Experience working with freemium models, pricing strategies, and conversion-focused design
  • Confident tackling complex or ambiguous problems and exploring multiple solution paths
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with whiteboarding and prototyping tools
  • Experience planning and conducting user research
  • A commercial mindset, balancing user needs with business outcomes
  • An understanding of experimentation, analytics, and measuring design impact
