Overview
We're hiring a Senior Automation Manager to lead a low-code automation team within a major retail bank. You'll drive automation strategy, deliver scalable solutions, and work with stakeholders to improve processes through intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead automation strategy and roadmap with the Head of Engineering
- Oversee design and delivery of robust, scalable automation solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve processes using automation
- Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of developers and contractors
- Ensure high-quality delivery and smooth release of automation projects
- Engage with stakeholders across technology and the wider business
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in automation/RPA and low-code platforms
- Proven leadership of technical teams
- Ability to design and deliver complex automation solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Interest in emerging technologies and innovation
