Our large Financial Services client has just released a contract vacancy for a Product Manager within their Business Banking Division. This is an excellent opportunity someone looking to build on existing product management experience.
Successful candidate will join multi-functional, co-located & end-to-end Product Teams with freedom to bring technology to the forefront of the business and create a real difference to their customers.
This role will form part of a wider team accountable for the development and management of Business Banking's product proposition, strategic investment and delivery of business objectives over the short and medium term.
Experienced required:
*Prior demonstrable experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager within Financial Services working within an Agile environment
*Experience ensuring that product and processes are compelling for customers and compliant with governance/regulatory policies and standards.
*Demonstrable background in design / delivery / improvements of products which are compelling for customers, easy to buy and financially sustainable
*Good understanding of the industry standards, market, competitor and regulatory trends to ensure that opportunities and risk are identified and appropriate plans are implemented
*Excellent understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques and their practical application
*Be a motivated self-starter with drive to deliver at pace and manage a wide portfolio of work.
*Have a rich understanding of customer needs, segments, trends, banking products and strategy
*Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills and ability to influence both within the Group and externally
The role must be engaged via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company.
