I am looking for an experienced Product Insight Analyst to join a talented and expanding team within a global travel company. Your insight will help to ensure they're prioritising the correct Product changes based on value then validating and monitoring this value once the changes are live. Use a range of tools to understand the impact of the change and propose further iterations, optimisations and bug fixes that will make the customer experience better and optimise the websites. As well as monitoring existing changes you will also be expected to proactively propose ideas based on data and insights you've gained.

Key Skills Required:
- Previous experience working within an Product or E-Commerce environment
- Previous experience of working on consumer facing transactional websites
- Experience working in an analytics role (across all touchpoints - KPI/OKR definition, tracking setup, configuration, insight and reporting)
- Experience with some Google products e.g. Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio
- Previous experience of other user experience tools such as ContentSquare, Decibel Insights, MixPanel etc preferred
- Experience of using any BI/Dashboarding tools
- Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills
