The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing the on-going development of the operational resilience framework, conducting business impact assessments and assisting in the design and build of operational resilience standards.
You will have:
*Proven and demonstrable experience in a similar role
*A background of creating and supporting operational resilience frameworks and standards to high level in a financial services environment
*Relevant qualifications, such as Certified Risk Practitioner, Certified Business Resilience Manager, and/or Certified Business Continuity Practitioner
*Strong background of working with senior stakeholders, ensuring risk is appropriately managed
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
