Lead Software Engineer with a background in .NET Development needed urgently to work remotely for our London based client joining an Engineering team to drive the technical delivery of new digital products and services.
The right candidate but have demonstrable experience in leading software engineers, ideally including remote team lead experience, combined with extensive experience working with architects and stakeholders to deliver digital products and very strong C# & ASP.NET experience.
As an Engineering Team Lead / Lead software Engineer you will be working closely with Solutions Architects to deliver the technical architecture, responsible for guiding the productivity and direction of your team to ensure delivery on time, code reviews and hands on coding.
Experience & Technical Skills required:
*Experience as a lead Software Engineer, Developer or Programmer
*Experience working with stakeholders ensuring that features are delivered to requirements
*Strong software development background, advocate of SOLID principles and their application
*Expert C# .Net Core and ASP.NET Core
*Docker/Kubernetes
*Microservices
*Strong REST API experience
*Azure (AKS, Cosmos DB, Functions, SQL Database)
*Agile (Scrum)
*Test Driven Development (TDD)
*CI/CD
*Experience working with a DevOps approach
*Collaborative communicator, keen to share ideas and mentor
