*Plan and manage a training plan to support to a programme
*Deliver valuable complex training as approved by the business sponsor
*provide insightful information, guidance and advice to influence business decisions which enables business area to gain a full understanding of the implications linked to their decisions
*Establish relationships with stakeholders to support the provision of quality and timely information and analysis to inform business decisions and optimise business results
*Manage and build key stakeholder relationships across sphere of influence to improve the overall service provided Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
*Highly developed interpersonal skill sets.
*Likely to coach own team and across matrix operation
Experience required
*Experience providing IT training within the legal industry ideally multiple times
*Strong communication skills
*Experience delivering UK wide training ideally as part of international training initiatives
*Available to start by the end of May
