Here's what we need:
*We are looking for someone with existing experience of 1st line on an IT Service Desk
*Good Communication skills are a must.
*Able to work onsite in Manchester 5 days per week
*Has some formal it qualifications or degree in IT

*ITIL qualification
*Technical knowledge of networks, network hardware, protocols, standards and a range of PC operating systems
*Microsoft certifications
