Our Edinburgh based Financial Services, a large & established Investments/Asset Management organisation, has just released a new IT Security Support Analyst Contract. Very much an IT Support Role, the successful candidate will be working in a processing capacity - managing the Security Inbox, re-allocating queries, providing escalations when needed, data leakage management/escalations and reporting/MI on data leakage etc.
Initial Contracts will be for 6 months, rate-card will pay up to £300 per day (via an Umbrella) and the role can be remotely based. To be successful, our Client seeks;
* A strong IT Support background & skill-set (Service Desk / 1st/2nd Line Support / SOC etc) with proven knowledge across the IT Security Landscape
* Demonstrable knowledge & understanding of Data Privacy, Data Leakage and general IT Security issues
* A communicative & well-organised style/approach with excellent Stakeholder Management skills, working with a range of different teams/stakeholders across the business
* Previous experience in the Financial Services sector would be highly advantageous but not essential
