This is a fantastic role working within an international engineering organisation to lead and manager the selection process to implement a Global HR system.
This role will be starting the process from scratch and will include process mapping and analysis of the as is and to be nature of the required system. This role will then manager the full tender process including selection of products to tender.
To be successful you will require the following:
*Strong experience as a Project Manager
*Excellent knowledge and experience of working with HR operations and processes
*Experience of selection and ideally implementation of one end to end international hr system.
*Experience of Manufacturing or Engineering
*Ability to travel this role is home based but with travel to locations required for the role.
There is also the potential for this role to extent into a new "implementation" style role thereafter however, this is not guaranteed.
