Leading a team of MI and Data Science professionals you will be responsible for consolidating the data sources and displaying on MS Power BI. If you are passionate about date and think you have the skills to make the change needed in the role, then this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities include,
*Prioritise and manage the BAU activities of the MI and Data Science team, and balance this with your vision led projects work.
*Mange the MI team to design a data-mart that can be used to unify our disparate data sources into a generic structure that will act as our single source of the truth.
*The design and creation of a companywide dashboard that will be both powerful and simple to use.
*Have a vision to analyse customer behaviour and produce insightful recommendations to improve customer experience while reducing the cost to serve.
*Working with the technology team, you will be able to articulate the benefit of our innovative solutions and contribute to the design of future roadmaps.
*Communicate progress to our leadership Team and ensuring delivery of product against key Milestones
In order to be successful in the role candidates need
*Knowledge of Power BI
*SQL Server
*SSIS
*The ability to present effectively to a board level audience and be able to communicate the story, and influence their decision making.
*Experience of leading a team
*A passion to design creative and innovative solutions that progress data strategy rather than solving individual problems.
