Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Environments are maintained correctly, available, and stable for function
- Manage non-Production (Functional and Non-Functional Test) environments
- Own and manage defects within the Environment, ensuring resolution is found
- Work with stakeholders and teams who use the Environments to help them achieve objectives
- Identifying and managing scheduling conflicts in the Environments.
- Service Improvement - continually looking to improve the Environments service for stakeholders
- Work closely with other teams in the business to collaborate on tasks to achieve the best outcome
Skills and Experience:
- Environment Management is essential, the ideal candidate will have experience of managing an environment not just delivering it
- Experience in one or more of Project Management, Test Management, Release Management
- Ability to document and define processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, collaboration is key in this role
- Self-starter, who can manage their own workload as part of a team and prioritise and schedule accordingly
- Cloud, AWS/Azure, Scripting, Automation knowledge and skills are strongly desirable
